People always say:

You can only change one habit at a time.

If you try to change more, you will fail.

That’s bullshit.

If you want to turn your life around in two seconds and start doing 15 things differently, you should do it.

I don’t care what “research” says about habits.

You can overpower whatever manipulated conclusion came out of fancy pants PhD’s sugar-rat-willpower study.

Overpower it with your brain. With effort.

Winning is a choice.

You can start living your life differently right now.

And when you look back on your life, you will see that this was the turning point. 

This is where you:

  • Don’t snooze your alarm
  • Take your fish oil
  • Stretch hamstrings every night
  • Don’t miss workouts
  • Sleep 8 hours.
  • Meditate every day.
  • Read 30 minutes.

And then just do it.

Literally transform into a different person.

The person you want to be.

The person you think you are on the inside — but you’re not — because your actions don’t reflect it.

The person you would be if you had the emotional strength to follow your intuition instead of doing things to appease others.

Let me be clear guys: this is not an average day.

I am often lazy and undisciplined — watching poker videos on youtube, swiping hard right on bumble, and procrastinating work any way I can.

But I am trying to get better every day.

I am trying to live a meaningful life by aligning my skill-set with a need in a society and taking massive action every day.

Because wanting to help people does absolutely no good.

But actually executing could make us massive winners.

With packed funerals 😉
