What equipment do I need for this program?
The program is designed with “regressions,” which means that whether you train in a full blown commercial gym or at home in your basement with a few pairs of dumbbells, you will see outstanding results.
Is this for beginners, intermediate, or advanced lifters?
I designed the program for intermediate to advanced lifters. However, I provided exercise substitutions for beginners. So, if any individual exercise is awkward or causes pain, you will have a “cheat sheet” of back-up exercises.
How long does the program last?
The program is 12 weeks in total. It is broken into three separate training phases of four weeks each.
I’m a woman/man, this is a good program for me?
Look and Feel Better has a men’s version and a women’s version.
The reason for this is simple: while men and women can (and often should) train very similarly, there are a handful differences I deploy to ensure both men and women make optimal progress.
What kind of results can I expect to see on the program?
Well, it depends on who you are.
If you are a short woman, 1 – 1.25 pounds of fat loss per week would be awesome! So, roughly 15 pounds.
If you are a tall man, 2-3 pounds of fat loss per week is a realistic target! Which means you could lose roughly 30 pounds of body fat.
