I really appreciate all you’ve done thus far. You’ve not only made an impact on my life, but my husband, mom, mother in law, a few friends, and random strangers have asked about this process.
As far as goals, right now, I’m happy with the progress. I feel like, for my lifestyle, accomplishing this amount of “lean”ness is totally great. I’m happy in my skin, and it’s obviously great when other people acknowledge my progress, specifically my incredibly happy husband. He pretty much thinks he got a new wife, lol.
So in summary, I’m happy with how lean I am. And now I just want to keep gaining strength!
Oh and by the way, being able to rip chin ups at the gym whenever I want… is like probably one of the best things ever.
